Terms of Use

Konta Konta is a personal financial management and data projection tool, developed for iOS devices. The app allows users to organize their finances, view transactions, create goals, and obtain projections based on historical data.

Konta is not a financial institution, does not perform banking operations, loans, investments, or any type of monetary transaction. The app works exclusively as a tool for organizing and visualizing financial data.

The user is fully responsible for the accuracy, precision, and updating of data entered in the app, whether manually or through integrations with financial institutions via Open Finance.

By using Konta, the user declares that:

• Has legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use;
• Will provide truthful and updated information;
• Will not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Will keep their access credentials confidential.

Konta offers integration with financial institutions (such as C6 Bank, Inter, and PicPay) through partners approved by the Central Bank of Brazil, such as Pluggy and Belvo.

This integration is performed with access restricted to "read-only", which means that Konta:

• Can view balances and bank statements;
• Cannot make transfers, payments, or any financial transactions;
• Does not store user banking credentials.

All intellectual property rights over the "Konta" brand, including logo, interface, source code, projection algorithms, and app design, belong exclusively to the developer.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any component of the app without prior and express authorization is prohibited.

Konta provides financial projections based on historical data and statistical algorithms. These projections are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future financial results.

The developer is not responsible for:

• Financial decisions made by the user based on app information;
• Errors or inconsistencies in data imported from financial institutions;
• Temporary service unavailability due to maintenance or technical failures;
• Losses or damages resulting from improper use of the app.

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The user will be notified of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Konta after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the developer's domicile is elected to resolve any issues arising from this document.
